Going through Dubai several times each year my company sometimes arranges my stay at the Majestic Towers Hotel in Dubai where one of the Bistro Restaurants is the Tirquaz - now renamed Elia. I have eaten there for both breakfast and dinner meals. They have a variety of dishes, from Middle Eastern to European but in all honesty, a buffet is a buffet, no matter what country you may be in unless you’re eating at the Safar Buffet in the Dubai International Airport, which was fantastic. But, when you have a long day ahead of you, nothing beats a nice omelet or eggs to order, and the Tirquaz breakfast buffet is nice.
