Beverly's La Croisette Zomato rating:
Beverly's La Croisette is known for its large breakfast menu and a lunch selection of American favorites with French names. As an example in their name alone, the word la Croisette, or Boulevard de la Croisette, is a prominent road in Cannes, France. It stretches along the shore of the Mediterranean Sea and is about 2 km long. The Croisette is known for the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, where the Cannes Film Festival is held.
Beverly Pedaggi, Owner and operator, is still a daily part of the restaurant's operations since the restaurant opened in 1989 and one of her favorite parts of running the business is seeing the familiar faces of families that have been coming in for years. Some locals make Beverly's a part of their daily routine stopping by for a cup of coffee and year after year many travelers make their way back to Beverly's to get their fix of what is rated as the area's best pancakes and the friendly staff.

We went for an early lunch having coffee and sodas, though they do have Bloody Mary’s and mimosas if you want something other than non-alcoholic drinks. The items from the lunch menu we tried during this visit included the Croque Monsieur, a choice of ham or turkey between two pieces of white or rye bread, covered with Dijon mustard and topped with Swiss cheese and baked until it's a light golden brown. This was a basic sandwich but filled the spot.
Next was the tuna salad wrap, light and healthy alternative of fresh tuna salad mixed with mayonnaise, onion, celery and assorted seasonings served in a wrap with home fries.
Lastly was the Eiffel Tower sandwich, a triple-decker dub piled high with ham, turkey, pork bacon, American cheese, lettuce, and tomato served on a choice of either white, wheat, rye toast or sourdough. The presentation for all three sandwiches was typical of most sandwich presentations in most restaurants. Nothing was exciting or designed to impress, only to fill the belly.
Dessert:
We did not have dessert during this visit.

American Cuisine, also known as American fare, comfort, or classic American, as large as the United States is, it also encompasses many cuisine variations. These include the native Indians prior to European colonization, Hawaiian, and not forgetting the melting pot of immigrants that came and fused their styles together to make America. This list will be of restaurants that represent the broader base of American cuisine, using styles from all parts of the country on their menus. Pot roast, chicken fried steak, BLT’s, and hamburgers make up some of the junk we eat. This section is not to be confused with New American Cuisine techniques. New American is listed further down.

Final notes, review basics, observations, and more pictures:
Most reviews are subjective, depending on the writer; but they should also be responsible, and respectfully written, upholding the truth, and accurately conveying the experience to the best of the writer's knowledge, even if it includes metaphors the restaurant may not like to read about. My ratings are by the stars I award (from 0 to 5). The rating is calculated on a point accumulation of six separate factors based on individual experience. They include wine and other beverage selections, plate presentation, customer service, restaurant or café ambience, food quality, and wow factor.
