Main review:
I was traveling back home that morning, after enjoying a wonderful stay at Victoria Falls, and I was very happy with the breakfast buffet. First off the views were just outstanding. Above the tree lines to the front of us was the mist to the falls and to our right the gorge leading down to Zambezi River.
We were presented with a newspaper of our choice from whichever country we were from. What they had done was take headlines from that specific country, and then printed them out into a three or four page document for us to read, which also included the language of that country. I of course looked at the U.S. News and I picked up the U.K. News, and learned that Peter O’Toole had just passed away, so a great actor gone into the ages. I started my meal with a fruit parfait, which was very refreshing considering how hot it was outside.
I then went along the buffet line to see the wide selection from carved gammon steak, to tomatoes, and fresh baked breads and artisan cheeses.

Among the breads, someone had some fun with making some bread to look like snakes and crocodiles.

I enjoyed my breakfast, and then went about my business of packing and getting back across the border to Zambia to the Livingston Airport.

This Restaurant reminds me of:
The Jungle Junction was like any other typical buffet that a hotel could offer, but since I did not have dinner there and chose Boma Restaurant instead, I can only review my experience with the breakfast meal and the hotel stay itself. Both were very pleasant, and I would compare the buffet to two locations where I had a similar very large buffet while in Dubai at the Tirquaz Bistro and Garden Lounge,  and the Safar Restaurant at the Dubai Airport.
